Traineeship

At c*funds we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for ambitious graduates who are eager to gain experience in the Alternative Investment industry specifically within fundraising. Our traineeship program offers a structured journey that equips participants with essential skills and knowledge while immersing them in real-world fundraising campaigns. Many of our trainees have gone on to secure exciting job offers in different areas in the private markets sector after completing the traineeship.

The Journey of a Trainee:

Month #1

Trainees undergo a comprehensive onboarding process where they receive training in data analytics and fundraising campaign management skills. They also gain a deep understanding of c*funds' background, values, and mission.

Month #2

Trainees actively participate in GP campaigns and have the opportunity to join client meetings. This hands-on experience allows them to observe and contribute to the fundraising process.

Month #3

Trainees further enhance their skills by participating in sales calls and attending LP meetings. They gain exposure to different aspects of the fundraising ecosystem, developing valuable insights and building relationships.

Month #4

Trainees take on a smaller campaign management role with the support of other analysts and associates. They have the opportunity to apply their learnings, contribute to projects, and work collaboratively within a dynamic team.

Month #5

Trainees continue to refine their skills and knowledge while actively engaging in campaign management responsibilities. They gain increasing autonomy and take on more substantial roles, working towards achieving measurable results. Trainees will also have the opportunity to participate in key industry events.

Throughout the traineeship program, trainees receive guidance, mentorship, and support from experienced professionals at c*funds. We create a nurturing environment that encourages growth, innovation, and personal development.
