c*funds was incorporated in 2017 in Amsterdam and started as a direct deal raising agency for high-growth Benelux scaleups. We raised several seed, and Series A rounds for SaaS, B2B, and e-mobility companies. Out of this journey our passion towards GP fundraising was born. We raised a lot from PE firms and VCs in startups and we thought we can build also a network of LPs to support GP capital raise too. Last 5 years we took care of 4.5 B USD value GP portfolio /Investor Relations. Strong track record in sustainability. Currently we serve GPs (across all asset classed) and Series B raises (direct deals). We have a special access to under the radar Silicon Valley VC deals through Y Combinator too.
We conduct DD and social validation on the GP teams, before offering them to our LPs (450 globally in total, out of which 220 global family offices).
